I'm a virgin and I need advice. some guys are at different stages and can help the most isolated and least experience at least go on a date. most guys have sex so the issue of virginity seems a lot more simple to them from their perspective and they will not understand the struggle of older virgins.

Alot of the people on this site say "just approach" this is not really helpful and don't understand that is is not as easy as that. There must be some kind of mental build up, there must be a more convenient way which is more like a longer process: for example you can go to therapy, you can workout or join a sports club and then tell the other ones what changed in your mind, you can start with really mundane conversations like "how are you" or "hi" to a girl you already familiar with but not to familiar. For ex. your neighbor in the dorm or whatever. With a group like that you would get positive feedback for simple stuff like that which opens you up to more advanced situations.

This will just be a group of socially awkward guys, making girls uncomfortable 'as a group', all the while patting each other on the back for another night of NOT having sex. I get what your goal is OP, but I just dont see it happening when all of you in the group are sinking in the same boat
