This is actually quite simple, it was like an emotional bait and switch for her since you said you reverted to your "true self" some time after sleeping with her, which implies that you were presenting a different persona before that point.

Theres nothing inherently wrong about being sweet and empathy is one of the most powerful things for communicating with women and people in general because if you can accurately tell what people are feeling then you'll be much better at making the right decisions for every interaction you're in, the problem is just that what you sold her and what she got are 2 different things.

But there is nothing wrong with wanting to change your personality, to develop what you believe is a more attractive and seductive personality, as long as you genuinely want to become that person.

Its like working out, you are changing your body when you do so. And every form of improvement is change. As long as there is a genuine desire to make that change, its ok.

If what you're doing to charm women is an act that you put up at the moment just keep at it, as long as you're not making up stories about yourself and only changing how you deal with certain situations you're fine.

It'll take a while to come naturally just like it'll take a while for you to make a noticeable transformation of your body.

Just understand that if it isn't totally integrated yet, you likely won't do too well in relationships because it will be difficult to maintain your new personality especially when you lack the real life experiences to bolster it.

But eventually it'll be just who you are. I've been doing this for more than 10 years and I am so far from the guy I was when I started, I even try to be the way I was before I worked on my dating life but nowadays that feels very unnatural, that feels like the act.

Besides, I used to be the kind of guy who would coerce and emotionally blackmail to get what I wanted back then so I'd say the changes I made to my personality are definitely for the better.

If there is a difference between what you present in the early dating stages and what a girl sees when you're already together then odds are she'll lose interest but changing yourself to have a more attractive personality is fine as long as it's genuinely what you want and it very well can be a massive improvement upon what your current personality is like.

Girls want a mystery man. Simply how it is.

Don’t bother spewing out your whole life, calm down and let her do all the talking and you add in your few thoughts with some seduction included every now and then.

Tease her, offer some discourse and disagree with her viewpoints as you see fit at times. Don’t make yourself available for her.

I’d say, honestly. Let her earn your availability if your really wanting to take her serious. Do a series of push and pulling afterwards, texting should ONLY be for logistics otherwise your giving her free attention.

Just realize, nowadays a lot of girls purposefully ghost you to “test you” or tell you they “lost feelings” etc. Don’t be phased and move on, pull back from communication at least for a few days or a week.

If it was a test , you’ll see her texting you saying why you aren’t responding and she misses you etc. Bingo. Just realize though , this method may cause her to leave as well. So no promises this will work, just depends on the girl tbh.

Sometimes all you gotta do is induce some fear of you leaving and boom you have her back on full high interest its nuts.

Start running some game in the friend group as well, increase your SMV, hit the gym. I guarantee you if you start generally acting more charismatic and start teasing or flirting with other women in the group and they like it, 99.9% of the time she’s gonna follow if she found you attractive or still does find you semi-attractive at the very least.

I’m not sure how you “ended it” after only 1-2 dates though.. kinda weird. Seems more like your really bad at dates or she’s testing you.

You dont, there is no magic formula, some will lose interest because they only wanted attention, some will lose interest because life happens, sometimes they dont lose interest and you just perceive it as such because you falsely except the other person to behave 100% the same all the time, and that is unrealistic, and sometimes you do some mistakes like being anxious over seperation, some girls know how to deal with it and dont mind as long as its workable, some girls dont want to deal with that anxiety. And sometimes people get to know eachother better and see that there is nothing in common. But never try to match other peoples interests, or force things in common. Bottom line is, dont force, just get to know people, have fun

Keep things mystery, if you pour out everything in the early stages then there won’t be much to talk about. And the less you tell the more thr she wonders. Like you say her something but don’t say it in details like everything. And when that happens she will be thinking about you unconsciously. Escalate things as well. Try new things, get out of comfort zone.

Also if you just lost your v card it means you’re probably not that great in bed. For me, it’s been a good way to keep girls around
