Knowing you have a female roommate will make girls waaaay more comfortable to be at your apartment. And once you have lived together for several months you won't think anything of it.

I'd rather have a cool guy with good pick up skills than a cute girl for a roommate. Having a cute girl IMO doesn't really help you much with game. You should be going out 2-3 nights a week, its irrelevant.
