Try to fumble through talking with her. If she can't speak, she can't tell you to fuck off.

But seriously, stick the fuck in there and try to get some form of communication. You could have done all sorts of stuff to covey your messages. I would have love to be in that situation.

Speak with your eyes.

Once you realize she can't speak english, just plant yourself down near here and start giving her glances and smiles, she how she responds. If favorable, motion for her to come sit near you, then kino escalate. Once you are kino'ing favorably, it's on. Just use your face, eyes and hands. Pull her into the water, make a sandcastle, do something to interact with her while escalating.

I just had some success with a japanese girl visiting the states who spoke /very/ broken engrish. I think it worked because she was exasperated that most americans didn't try that hard to communicate with her... i just did a lot of smiling, nodding and laughing, even if i didn't understand what she was saying, and sooner or later the opportunity presented itself. Sex transcends language, so don't think too much and just go for it...
