Met this HB9 about 6 months ago at work. We have since left the jobs in pursuit of other, better things. We had become really close work buddies, worked really well together, developed multiple plotlines, etc. Throughout the beginning 3 months she never revealed that she had a boyfriend.

She recently got engaged, on short notice after that. Weeks before her and I were just having conversations about neither of us wanting to get married for a long time, have kids, etc... Sharing our life ambitions with each other. Throughout this time, I never have a single discussion about him, or their relationship. We continue to bond on a completely new level than she is used to.

Present day - we continue multiple plotlines, she meets for dinner with my friends and I sometimes, and offers for me to hang out her and her fiance them all the time ( I decline ). This week she comes to me to tell me that she wants to move out from her fiance, and leave him. Keeps insisting that she wants to get away from him, and flirts heavily with me. She texts me that she wants to come over out of the blue (I suspect it's because of a fight with her fiance, but I don't ever talk about). She comes over, and wants to watch a movie (perfect!). She is cold, she's fishing for physical contact, I know. Perfect time to Kino. I start escalating, and get major ASD. After a long time of being flirty, and slow ramp up, she decides she has to go get something at her house before she came back (looked like she got a txt on her phone from him). She takes off. Next day, she tells me she wants to come back over to finish the movie, she does not.

What to do? I've been seeing other girls straight time since we met, however this nut is a hard one for me to crack, and I think she's unique so it's great (and much needed!) experience for me.
