Hello everyone,

I'm someone who has been relatively successful in dating, but I've developed a concerning habit I'd like to address. I'm naturally social and engaging (being Moroccan, socializing comes naturally to me). While I'm generally good at connecting with people, I've been relying on 1/4 m*lly to enhance my confidence and social abilities during dates.

The issue is that I take small amounts of certain substances before dates because I worry about making the right impression, especially with people I'm particularly interested in. While this seems to improve my social abilities - making me more creative in conversation and better at connecting - I sometimes have trouble remembering our interactions clearly. Additionally, it can cause physical issues that interfere with intimacy.

I'd like to find ways to access that same level of confidence and social fluidity naturally. How can I develop these qualities without depending on substances? Are there healthier techniques for managing social anxiety and building authentic connections?

I appreciate any guidance on becoming more naturally confident and engaging. While the substances seem to bring out a better version of me, I want to achieve this through healthier means.

Thank you for your help in addressing this challenge."
