Feel the pain in your body. Always try and redirect your attention to feeling the sensations like tension in your stomach, or warmth, or itchiness, or tingles, or sweat in your hands, or pain in your head etc. Feel into your heartbrokeness on a sensation level and it will pass in time, but allow yourself to feel it.
