This advice is probably darker than most are ready for but I’ve found it to be highly effective to rekindle fire in long term relationships.

1) even if you’re exclusive, still practice trying to pick up, approach flirt with other women. You don’t have to consummate anything if you don’t want but go in with the intent of making her want you. This is good practice for being charismatic and attractive with women in general. It will help you break bad unattractive habits that are turning off your wife.

2) dread game. Use with caution and only if your frame is rock-solid. Flirt with other women in front of her. Joke about getting a mistress.

Why are you basing this on what YOU think she wants? If you’re already having to rekindle anything, you need to actually talk to someone not low key think something into existence
