I'm at the stage where approach anxiety is largely not a problem for me. I can approach a girl with some situational opener and go from there. (Approaching a larger set of exclusively girls is harder) However, I often find that I can't seem to make the girl think of me as anything but a funny stranger.

This might have to do with me not knowing how to transition from small talk to either more sexual conversation (especially when people I know are around) or build rapport.
