If you are attracted to each other then just go for a kiss. You told that woman told you that they want you, so why you just don't kiss her? You don't have nothing to lose, and so much to get.

If a woman told you want that she wanted to kiss you, and with that information you did nothing, either (1) you are very young (under 18) and this is not that big a deal you are just nervous (2) not attracted to her (in that case just find a woman you are attracted to) or (3) you need to see a therapist because you have some deeper issues going on.

If you're over 18 and can't kiss an attractive girl who wants to kiss you, then you need to find professional help and not from places like seddit.

I know it's just in my head and there's no way in hell she would have stopped me I just couldn't. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it

There is no sentence on earth I could write at this moment that it going to make you want to kiss a girl when you're "in the moment".

Doesn't matter if you reply with "thanks I needed this" or "wow thanks man you've really changed my perspective, gonna go give her a call right now".

What you need to do is just develop the balls to just DO it.

No amount of preparation will prepare you for the real thing.

This is like when a skydiver is scared to jump.

You either JUMP or you Don't, because I'm a random internet stranger, I'm not there to push you out of the plane.

When it gets to the moment, you just have to be a logical guy and just do what makes the most sense.
