Of course you never want to brag about yourself, so you don't want to come as show off, that's very unattractive to a girl cause you are basically trying to reach out to her. That's why indirectly you can bring the subjects which would qualify you like, if you are a successful public speaker you don't want to just bring the subject out of the blue ''Oh I just gave a speech to 15k people'' instead if you've been talking about something about speeches already so it won't be show off. Basically, your actions speaks so loud I can't even hear what you are saying, a high value men doesn't really need the urge to show something off. I hope it helps.

That takes a lot of experience in conversation, you just instinctively know when it’s the right time. Unfortunately that comes with a lot of experience. If she starts asking you questions you know you’re on the right path. Only give somewhat vague responses don’t give away all the details about yourself, you gotta leave some of yourself to be a mystery. If you tell her everything it’s like spoiling a really good movie at the end.

Get her to tell you something posirive about herself. Validate her for it.

If you want to use this style of game, and you never qualify yourself. It goes against the idea the qualification stands for.

Never qualify yourself to a girl.

You are the person in the couple that decides what is good, what it bad, what is cool, what is lame.

You don't need to use this style of old school game.

Talking yourself up, is mainstream socializing.

Plenty of guys that don't do pickup brag about themselves, talk about themselves, try to show off to impress girls. They get laid because of the bragging or despite it.

Speaking generally, The typical guy learning pickup does not want to be direct about sex, does not want to brag about himself, wants to be mysterious, and doesn't want to deal with groups.

At best he wants to compliment girls, be an active listener, and fix her problems. Pickup is a revelation to him. He can adapt what he already does, who he is, to this new style and get success.

Meanwhile blowhards in the mainstream are the exact opposite. They are the norm when it comes to the behavior of guys that get chicks.

You have options.

Classic old school indirect game, with modern updates, is useful in practically every social situation. But you need to learn how to use a chainsaw as well as a scalpel.

And it really is important for your game overall to try the different styles out. To see how they work. To see how they make you feel.

I see that you want to optimize your bragging. Mainstream guys do not optimize. They don't humble brag or drop hints. It's not about subtlety.

A smart girl might pick up on what you're implying - but a lot of chicks won't. The smart ones that do, might not be impressed. The other girls are often too narcissistic to even give a fuck about the guys subtleties.

The regular guys say it straight out.

So go and field test. You have 4 self explanatory options.
- straight up brag about yourself.
- humble brag.
- show not tell.
- Don't qualify yourself at all, remain in the driver's seat.
