Apologies if this question is too similar to others that have been asked here, I did some searching in the subreddit, but would still like to ask my question, as nebulous as it is.

I'm 30 and I have very little experience dating, I was in a long-term relationship in my 20s that ended a year ago. I started learning a lot about dating in general, how to be successful with OLD, orchestrate good initial dates, and so far I've been successfully going on a few 1st and 2nd dates with women, but I still feel like a total idiot who has no idea what he's doing.

I think I lack a lot of practical knowledge when it comes to women, seduction, and really just how to progress normal relationships in general. I know I will improve with experience. But I feel like I'm very behind and need to catch up quickly. None of my close male friends have done a ton of dating, so I don't have much second-hand experience to draw on.

I guess what I'm looking for are sources where I can hear about success stories that go into a lot of details. Does anything like this exist? Maybe a dating podcast or some audiobooks? I'd be open to YouTube channel recommendations, although I prefer audio-only since I'm a pretty busy guy.
