Don't worry about having the high ground, that's just your ego.

I don't think she'd be asking this if she wasn't interested in you. If you had a good time just say so, but you could also mix it up with some push pull. An example would be, "I enjoyed myself, but I still can't get over how posh you are though :p". The push part would have to be a tease specific to her.

That's a really odd question to ask… except that it she's exposing her interest in you. She likes you and wants to know if you like her back. If she didn't, she wouldn't be texting you.

ThrowawayPUA's answer is a pretty good one because you want to keep a little mystery and a little tension. You do NOT want to resolve the tension. A similar answer could be: "Might be some potential there…" and then do NOT engage in text conversations except if you're setting up your next date.
