The mindset you want is one of "outcome independence." You actually have this mindset already! When you talk to girls you aren't attracted to, you don't worry about getting rejected because even if they do "reject" you for some reason you don't care, because you aren't interested in them in that way.

All you have to do is treat girls you are attracted to the same as you treat girls you aren't attracted to.

The mindset is putting attractive girls on a pedestal. Look past the good looks and treat them like the girls you don't find attractive.

I recommend watching this video. The guy talks about how, when we converse with girls we're attracted to, we place filters on our speech. We try to come off as the person we think would be the most desirable as opposed to expressing who we actually are.

The idea I'm trying to present is that the girls who you aren't attracted to get to know the real, relatively unfiltered you. Girls that you're trying to impress know a less authentic version of you. While there are tons of factors in building attraction between two individuals, I think this topic of authenticity is critical.
