So 18 M just started college and a new job with beautiful woman at both. I have no problem starting the conversation or keeping it going. But I start having problems when it comes to asking her out and for her number. I'm usually good with this when the girl makes it easy.

But let's face it, most girls make it a little bit of a challenge. How do I get her number and set up a date? Or should I start off differently just texting first instead of asking her on a date first.

Just need some help or tips. My confidence has dropped slightly but I'm working on it. It shouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what. I'm not ugly I'm average. 6ft good build. Some tips please.
