There’s usually a reason why you’re single at the age. Not saying it’s a bad thing, but the most probably cause is because your lack of action. More likely than not, there’s nothing wrong with you... but your inertia when it comes to approaching girls is probably holding you back.

Before assessing yourself too harshly I would consider expanding your social interaction sample size. Start talking to the women you find attractive on the spot whenever you meet them.

Essentially, take more action and see how things go. Hopefully this helped.

Your not to late it’s never to late but start now. The longer you wait the longer it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Also obviously don’t listen to them friends and family they are just tyingto be sympathetic t your situation but it’s just giving you a cushion and excuse to not get in the game. It’s gonna be hard at first and you’ll suffer a lot of rejection but you’ll get there. Also don’t tell a girl your a virgin it will turn them off and they will wonder what’s wrong with you unless you tell them your super religious and you were holding off till marriage but your ready now. All though even that method is dangerous cuz they might not wanna be the one to break your vow with. So just don’t tell her then once you did it even if it’s 2 seconds and she never wants to see you again cu it was that bad(which it won’t be) guess what your no longer a virgin and you just took all the pressure off yourself. Do yourself a favor and read the books how to be a 3% man by Corey Wayne and the mystery method in the order multiple times with these 2 books a line you’ll be able to get and keep a girlfriend if you put the instructions into action. There are a lot of other great books on this stuff too that will help so you out so you aren’t starting off completely unarmed in the art of seduction and relationships.These two books will have you farther along than all your friends in a year if you put them into practice and read or listen to them both 7-10 times. I recommend listening to them it’s more like they are talking to you cuZ the mystery method is like a fucking textbook lol

Maybe, but you can still easily go for 19-year olds when you are 30
