People are people amigo. Just try asking her questions, see what she is interested in (look at her workspace or her clothes/possessions for ideas). If all else fails, turn to her one day and say "I'm going to grab some coffee, want to come with?" It's innocent and gets you talking to her.

from my experience i would say that in hospital setting people on the job are not in a "seduction mindset", unless you are extremely attractive chances are that sex is way out of their mind.

If you are working there i strongly reccomend you to avoid any approach, as beautiful a nurse could be surely there are plenty of similar girls out there with similar scores that will not put your job at risk, so don't be lazy and go hunting in a club instead (or a library or whatever you want) :-D also if you are above or under them in hierarchy.. well that's something that can screw up a game pretty bad and put you in horrible positions.

If you are a patient.. well that's another story. I work in an hospital in italy and both nurses and doctors are pretty used to receive "compliments" from patients, i would say that's kinda normal but it's hard to be taken seriously unless you are really, really attractive. But you can try, if she has worked for more than 3 months you'll surely not be the first one, not a big deal.

1-Don't ever try to start a serious conversation: they have plenty of things to do and wasting time talking it's not something they are interested in, so keep the things short. Even worst she may think that you are trying to say something important and be really pissed off realizing she just wasted 5 minutes listening to a guy hitting on her(in some departments nurses are trained to catch hints of depression/family problems and report them to doctors) 2-even if your game is working most of people won't flirt with a patient in front of colleagues, ask for a date out of the hospital as soon as possible

If you're the patient, I wouldn't go for it. Think about it - they work +12 hour shifts, are probably really tired, and wouldn't want another wise ass trying to flirt with them. They take care of lots of patients on any given day, and you wouldn't be the first one to "try" and put the moves on them.
