I'm going to ahead and assume you're pretty new. Creating attraction is a combination of a number of different behaviors. It's too much to explain in one post. I'm 5 years deep and still have tons to learn.
I'd pick up a book. Models by Mark Manson is an absolute MUST for beginners and experts. It teaches you to build a solid foundation for meeting girls.
Look up and know these terms and concepts. Kino, push pull, indicating high value, social proof, congruency, self amusement, state, and frame transference. You'd do well to hit up the RSD channels on YouTube. Tyler/Owen is my favorite teacher. His free seminar videos are the tits.
Once you have a basic understanding of any of those concepts, go out and put them to the test. You'll learn jack by just reading and watching. The real learning happens in the field.
