I determined to help myself and my brain. Everything in life right now is going great and I have a great mindset, working on my goals, myself, etc.

I just cannot talk, conversate, flirt or interact with females of my age. I am a 24 year old male, graduated college 1.5 years ago, currently working at a dead-end job but studying to become a web developer.

I have no problem talking to women who are 30/35+ years old. It's a whole different story pertaining to women who are below that age. The anxiety just hits me like a brick wall. I don't have this anxiety when talking to anyone else.

I want to start working on this. But I want to start small. I want to start exposing myself to these situations and conditioning myself. I am hoping you guys can give me some tips, advice, suggestions or plans on how to do this.

Where do I start? Right now, I can just walk by women on the street and make eye contact with them (although sometimes difficult) and smile - most of the time. What's the next step? Maybe say something to them when standing at a corner waiting to cross the street, or waiting in line etc. - I don't know, that's why I am coming here to ask for help.

Eventually, my goal right now is to just get one number and/or be able to hold a conversation with them or say something to them without seeming socially inept. Doesn't even have to be on the romantic or emotional level, I just want to start interacting with them as it will probably give me inspiration to keep it going.

Does anyone have some sort of plan I can follow?
