I've written bits and pieces about talking dirty - eg here. I'm assuming you mean in the bedroom during sex - and not talking dirty via text or something.

If you're nervous and just starting out, just give compliments. Yes, compliments - literally just tell your girl what you like about her body/how much she's turning you on/how much you want her:

"You have the hottest tits"
"Fuck I love your pussy"
"You're turning me on like crazy"
"Holy shit I want you"
"I love the way you moan, it's so hot", etc

Say this stuff while you're in the middle of foreplay/sex. Literally just look at her body and say whatever comes to mind - whatever parts of her you like, whatever aspects of what she's doing you really like, tell her how much it's turning you on. Women love being wanted and desired - so tell her how much you fucking want her. Talking dirty is really just focusing on your desires and then just expressing those desires.

There's other elements of talking dirty - you can even go into full-on BDSM/dominance stuff if you want to. But if you're just starting out, just start with the compliments above.

First of all, there's s very little chance you will increase her interest by talking dirty if she's not even into that. It may even creep her out. You should ask her if she's into dirty talking and if she is, you should let it flow naturally, There's no rules for sex nor speciffic words you should say during sex

If you're new to pickup and generally inexperienced I would avoid dirty talk with a girl you haven't slept with yet, you're better off with the occasional innuendo than something too direct.

You're not going to find good sources because creating sexual tension is very much a make it up in the moment kind of thing.

When you talk dirty/create sexual tension the objective is to put her in a sexual mood without being too obvious. Theres no standard canned lines to use because it's very much in the moment.

For example I was talking to this girl at an IKEA about wallpaper.

Her: yeah I'm thinking of going with red

Me: ah BDSM room I like it I describe what it could look like

Her: what even is that?

we talk about fetishes

Her: Hey could you help me?

Dont focus too much on technique but rather objectives. You're going to have to improvise most of the time anyways
