How do open in a fast pace environment?

First, realize that with some forethought and planning, you can totally do it. Gotta work for anything worth it.

First, prep. Have a business card/some nice card with your first name and phone number. Also, have a piece of paper/pen to write down her number (preferable than giving your number, but you never know.) Have a place in mind you'd like to take her. Have a second place in mind in case the first place doesn't work. (Only two places. If she doesn't like either, then fuck - it's up to her to choose a place.)
Second, pick a good time. Preferably not peak hours. Your goal is to get ONE piece of anchor-able information from her. Something interesting about her, preferably unique. Physical is easiest, but sometimes you just have to put out the cold read (damn, you look like you make good sandwiches, but you look really smart. I bet you have some huge dream job you're working toward.) However you do it, get the info, docket it, and LEAVE.
Finally, go around the same time between 3 day/2 weeks the first engagement. You HAVE to ask her out this second go-around to avoid seeming stalker-ish. Simply fire the anchor of your previous meeting (oh, it's law-school girl) so she becomes instantly engaged. Have one-or-two comedic lines ready related to her info to show her you're confident and relaxed (not too long - keep it fast paced). Then just ask her out via whatever method you prefer. If she says she has a boyfriend, just say, "well, friends go out with each other all the time." Oh, we're not friends? "Uh, this is how friends are made in my experience....but...."

Did this at peak-hours at a bar this weekend.

First I introduced myself when buying my drink (shook hands, got her name)...sat at the bar with friends dropping in and out. Social value rising.

Waited for a good time and called her over. Chit-chat, complemented her etc. Told her we were going to hook up later one day. She's all smiles, and waves when I see her now. Fun. Planning to bang her, but need to work around her boss, which is my friend... (She didn't know that). :D

I think it calls for direct game. Delay her with a ruse and when she asks why, smile and say you just wanted to talk to her a while.

If that doesn't charm her, then fuck it. But it will make your balls drop if you pull it off. Goodluck sailor.
