So if you’re saying all your friends are getting laid, do you only have good looking friends? I’m sure you have friends that get laid as much as you do, if at all.
Every one gets equal chances, it’s the outcome that that is not equal.

You need to focus on yourself first, the sex will come after. You are depressed and should get yourself in a routine to overcome it. You say these people can get girls because they are chiseled. It’s easier for you to talk down on them and then think they are doing “one little trick” to get laid. They aren’t, they have self respect, something you lack, but can obtain.

I am that honest dude and I'm letting you know that all of the information has been written by a lot of other honest dudes and it's available to you for free. It's organized to the right in the sidebar of the subreddit where it says, "New Here?" I'm saying that I wouldn't expect anyone to type the entirety of the subject into a single comment. But, there are also books, like Mark Manson's "Models", that cover it pretty well. To sum up the process of getting laid though: become someone that people like being around, develop interpersonal and conversational skills, talk to women that you like, ask them out on dates, and don't be needy.

I’m gonna be honest with you man. Looks are always going to be a big factor and some things you just can’t control. Focus on the things you can though. Find a good doctor and do your best to get your skin under control. Keep a good hair cut and get in the gym if you aren’t already. Fix every aspect that you can even if you aren’t the most aesthetically pleasing face wise. It might take some time but it will be worth it in the end. Slowly you will start feeling better about yourself and even if you don’t get IG model types you can date attractive women. You just have to start with yourself.

Thanks to everybody trying to help. But im making the choice to stop dating. Im just too ugly. And like a commenter said. Its gonna be a big factor in life. So i might aswell just stop. I had fun, out of my 5 gfs ive had, the 4th one was my fav. She understood me. She was my dream girl. The one i hate the most is my 5th. Fed me lies about the 4th girl and tried to make my friends leave me, she is also currently dating my cousin. So yeah. It was a fun journey. See if you're comfortable in your skin then that's half of your work done right there . Now the other half is how you approach the situation . You know you don't look good but I'm sure there might be other things you might be good at so play to your strengths. Make the girl look beyond that. Sure you'll get rejected a couple of times like a lot of people in here but eventually you'll get what you want.
P.s. - If you're looking for ons then it's kinda hard cuz that's mostly happens as instant attraction.

Ok I understand and sorry for your situation. Still don't let a situation define you. I knew a guy in college who had to have his leg amputated and still had a very active dating life. You're right I don't know what you're going through but there are men in shittier scenarios who were able to get laid/married whatever. I can't remember this guy's name but he lost both his arms and legs and is married and travels all over the world being a motivational speaker.
If you reinforce your belief that everything is lost then well yeah that's the way you will see the world.
