I have been in this self assessment journey for a while. I have no problems talking to girls one on one. But when it comes to groups of people or new ppl, its bit awkward. For example my ex said i wad awkward while out with her friends but normal when i first met her. I literally do the top 10 on this list.

Im sure many people starting pick up are having thid problem as well. How do you counter it and resolve the issue?
