TLDR: I met my match and she wrecked my shit! What do?

Background: I (41m) got out of a messy divorce almost 2 years ago now. The Ex got everything. And a sizable chunk of my paycheck to boot. After a couple of months of licking my wounds, I “got back out there” and started dating when I had time. The dating pool sucks here! Tinder is useless and bars still aren’t open. But as luck would have it. I met a stunning young woman (25f) from another department at work! We hit it off immediately and I closed the deal soon after. Then we start talking and she blew me away! She was close to perfect! We have the same interests and views on almost every topic. I felt like a dumb teenager around her. She was the first person to do that to me in more than 20 years! Then she talks to a therapist. She’s also recently divorced and her therapist doesn’t think she needs to be jumping into a serious relationship yet. There may be some merit to that. But it ended with her telling me that she wasn’t ready and cutting it off. This isn’t the first time I’ve been dumped. This isn’t my first serious relationship. I’m 41 years old and I have spent most of my adult life in and out of relationships with plenty of casual flings along the way. I don’t get attached easily, it’s nice to know that I can still pull this kind of sexual partner. but this woman wrecked me! Frankly, I don’t have the time or the will power at the moment to go on a “dating” spree so to speak. Are there any tips to get over this woman faster? This is rough.
