The two things that helped me the most are these facts:

You will die one day. It could literally be next week in some freak accident. Maybe even tomorrow.. Fucking LIVE.
There is no such thing as "rejection", just lack of chemistry. If you approach and you don't even get to have enough of a conversation for there to really be a lack of chemistry, then she rejected your approach, not you personally.

Pretend!! You pretend you are doing it as a dare. You can pretend that you have to talk to her to save her life. Pretend you are playing a character that isn't actually you. Pretend someone told you that she is already really into you and she's just acting like she doesn't know you and is just waiting for you to try and woo her before she confesses her love for you. Use your imagination, its very very powerful.

It is much easier to keep talking than to start talking. So look at her and say hello X is interesting and go from there

Talk to everyone. All the time. If you’re only waiting to talk to pretty girls then you’ve already put them on a pedestal which is triggering your approach anxiety.
