How do you implement kino?

Some guys' personalities aren't as well suited for kino I don't think. Guys here will tell you that's not true, but they probably also are kind of creepy.

I do it a LOT accidentally. I'm taller, and go to a lot of college parties which tend to be loud. I do it to girls I'm not even interested in. They tell you something you can't hear, or "can't hear", and you touch the small of their back and lean in. Or if you're introducing them to someone, give them an arm around the back like you're their date.

I never got the arm touching shit during stories. I think it's kind of strange. I go for behind the back a lot because it's just as noticable but doesn't produce a visual event. As in, "oh look, you're touching my arm...why the fuck are you touching my arm?" They just feel it and know you're there and stuff.

If you are opening, it's likely it's just not gonna happen outright. Maybe you run to the bathroom and put your hand on her shoulder and ask her to put another beer on your tab, or something stupid like that.

If you have to think too much about it, it's probably not right.

Also, pro-tip. Don't touch a girl sexually unless she's obviously down. Idk what the hell other people are saying here and not to burst your bubble but that's about the quickest way to get someone to think you're a creep or a rapist or something. That's not attractive.

When in the middle of conversation, especially when telling a story, touch her arm or shoulder when using phrases like "get this" or "check this out." If you're seated next to each other, touching her knee can have the same effect. Usually precedes a revelation or punchline. It's also a good way to get her attention if there's more to the story. You can use this technique when reacting to her end of the conversation.

Use the environment to your advantage. If it's loud, it's a good idea to get in real close. When leaning in to talk closer to her ear, your hand can go on the small of her back while you say what you need to. If you have been really building rapport, your drink hand can brush a breast. If she leans into it you're golden, if she pulls back you need to keep winning her over.

Depends on where you touch her. Safe touching zone are the arms, elbow and forearm at first. And extreme are like hugs and lap. Don't touch a girl arbitrarily. Go for that touch when she is laughing.

Why would it feel weird touching someone that you want to fuck? You see a girl and you want to put your penis inside her. But you have to do it slowly... start by touching her arm, then her outer thighs, waist, then kiss her around that point, tits, arse, inner thighs... you get the idea.
