Push pull my friend. Lay low for two days, then do a day at 50%, then maybe low for another day or two. If she's into you, you shouldn't have to do all the chasing

My first piece of advice to you is to NEVER let it get to that point. When you like a girl and don't act on it you WILL be put in the friend zone. I had a very similar situation before I got into pickup where I was obsessed with this girl for legit 2 years before I finally got the balls to tell her how I felt. Like I expected she was not into me the same way I was into her. Anyway, what I think is going on in your situation is that you have been friend zoned and now she is picking up on the vibe that you are into her and this is making her uncomfortable. Definitely give her some space. If you're hugging her a lot, your intentions can't be as low key as you think. I'd get away for a few days, or even a couple of weeks, and be working on 4-5 other girls so you don't think of her too much.

If you're into a girl but don't make a move within a certain amount of time, they can go cold. So cool it off, and wait for her to hopefully reinitiate. When you talk again, be less low key, if you feel she's receptive again.
