light touches on the shoulder work for me. Do it almost as if to get her attention.. something like you come back from the bar and walking up to her you touch the side of her shoulder and say "did you miss me". only a peck. You'll notice that they'll feel more comfortable and will reciprocate. Also her upper back, with palm when you're both looking at the same target and talking. Ie.: hand on upper back.. "check out that thing"

Hugs are really good, you meet her, get her name.. nice to meet you and open your arms and go in for the hug, she'll know what to do. And make sure you do a light squeeze, don't just rest your arms on her.

Oh and most importantly when you touch her touch her with your whole palm not just fingers.. that can be seen as creepy

Start with just once or twice during an interaction and you'll notice you'll get more comfortable with it, and if they like you they'll copy your kino. Try to stay away from timid girls when practicing, some people don't like to be touched and need to trust you to let you do so.
