I have a few girls who aren't entirely creeped out by me lately! Go me!

I go to this weekly themed pub night (theme withheld for privacy reasons).

There's one girl who is always all over me when I'm there, shes a massage therapist so she's always feeling up my traps, biceps, etc with her job as an excuse. I play it pretty cool, kinda neg her a bit by joking that she's an alcoholic etc because she always orders these huge beer steins. But she never replies to messages ever outside this pub night. I don't try her a lot - maybe once every 3-4 weeks. I called her once and she did answer and we had a bit of a chat, but she was working at the time. Anyway, she's one of the hotter ones there.

Lately though, I've had a few other girls at this pub night randomly approach me. Unfortunately, while they're bearable and sometimes quite cute, I would say they aren't the higher tier girls I actually want. I did go out with one last night for a drink, not much happened, she was a bit of fun so it's all good practice I guess. I'd like to at least leverage the growing social proof if I can, but I don't know how far to take it. Assuming several of them are there next time including the girl I actually want, how do I play it?

  1. Do I almost outright ignore the massage one, maybe just smile across the room to acknowledge that I know she's there and let her approach me during the night?
  2. Go up and talk to her, but eventually mention the girl I saw last night and how much she's into me (maybe make up that I like that girl a bit more than I do)
  3. ???

I'm not that hung up over this one (in case it sounds that way) but I feel like I know there's some potential there, I just haven't figured out how to play things just yet.

If it's relevant, she has even brought up the fact she doesn't reply, without me doing so, and said stuff like 'I see your message and I'm like he's tall, he's handsome, but I am too lazy to reply straight away then I forget about it'. So I don't know if that's just feeding me validation to keep me around or it's a sign she's actually keen.
