I would just leave it up to her to schedule something. I personally would say " its ok i understand that you are busy. Just hit me up whenever you are free to hang out" and then leave it at that. if she hits u up, obviously shes thinking about you and wants to hang, if she doesnt then another one bites the dust. your time is more valuable than waiting on someone to make time for you.

Put her on your low-frequency ping list, with the other girls who seemed friendly or interested at some point but who went quiet.

Once every couple of months, ping them with a brief, innocuous text implying that you're doing cool things but you're in no way pining for them. Or else a no-pressure, non-needy invite to hang out with you and your friends. You don't tell them you're mass texting, it's an individual invitation.

The hangout can be fictional or it could be just with you. If her emotions toward you HAVE changed, it won't matter, she'll want to hang out with you regardless.

If a miracle happens and 2 girls respond, just manage your time and maintain their interest by acting happy but not at all desperate to see them.

Just continue on with your life, meeting and chatting up other broads and then try to set something up again. If it doesn't pan out, move on. Nothing lost.

Move on... but if you don’t want to do that, ask her out one more time. If she gives you an excuse or says no, you know what to do.

I hooked up with this girl like 10+ times. Asked her to be my gf (stupidly), kept hanging out and sleeping with her. Last week she said she was sick and shed hit me up for drinks maybe later that week. I texted her after the weekend and got ghosted. No idea what i would say to her if she asked to hang again.

If it was a first date I'd just not bring it up next time if you really fancy her. Ghosting sucks though, especially when she was probably the only friend i had here
