Well first of all attractive girls are not approached multiple times a days unless she lives in a large city full of guys into PUA stuff. Most guys are too scared to approach attractive girls, so if you take initiative you are already standing out.

I hate to use the word gimmick, but a gimmick can be extremely effective in distinguishing yourself. The best way to make an approach is to have something fun that they want to be a part of. Some people use magic tricks, some people use an interesting conversation topic. Try to be original and if you can't do that, at least be true to your own style. This will only open the door. Your charm and game have to be on point to progress further.

I think in most situations actually just walking up to her, showing your obvious interest and engaging her is standing out.

Even with people here, before you dealt with your AA, how many times did you think to yourself "oh god she's so beautiful" and then just stood next to her at the bus/trian stop for 10-15mins thinking about a life that could have been.

Even in a crowded street, station, etc. If you're the person who is standing in the middle of a crowd having stopped a girl told her she's attractive and then are chatting with her (a random stranger - ish), well i wonder if you can spot anyone else doing that?

Think of cities like London/NYC. How many people just casually chat to each other, in general? Imagine being that, but you're telling the other person you want her.

That's pretty different from the norm, definitely that whole 1% thing

Not true.

Attractive girls get a lot of attention every day, but it's not necessarily an approach. They'll get whistled at, honked at, stared at, etc., but unless they're in a bar or a club (where approaches are more common), they're probably not really getting approached as much as you think.

In fact, the approaches are so excessive in bars/clubs and so rare everywhere else should tell you all you need to know about where and how to approach them.

For what it's worth, I've dated a few models, and learned that — as others have pointed out — they're actually accustomed to people being afraid to talk to them, so just having the balls, and a decent personality, can go a long way!

Stylish/edgy clothes

A tan

A trendy haircut

If you have all of these things you're physically attractive to 95% of women
