Don't. Hangout with her and do everything you would usually do, but don't be the guy who wants to have "the talk". Two weeks isn't that long and you might scare her off. Let her be the one that wants to date you. You are giving up the game way too early.

First, you seduce her and have sex. Then you see her again, and you seduce her and have sex again. Then you keep seeing her and keep having sex, and eventually both of you decide that you're already bf and gf.

But if you are dating and not having sex, she's not your girlfriend.

Escalate physically and start hanging out regularly. Once she is compliant and likes you alot tell her you have feelings for her and want her to be your gf, exclusive, simple.
