At some point you have to just go for it. Remember - you have much more to lose from not trying to kiss her than you do from trying.

kino kino kino.. yes. But then, you will feel it. Get closer as if you're going to kiss her, and see if she pushes you away. If you can hold hands with her, and strike her hair, then you can get close enough to kiss. Then do it!

Please be comfortable if she did push you away, or if she says No. Laugh it off. Say it's okay, you understand (don't say you're sorry). If she say what? you say, if you're not ready, you're not ready. It makes you come out as a "man" that respect her choice, and accepts "No" for answer. She will probably be more comfortable with you later, as you wouldn't come off as a man that would date rape her.
