If you want a girl that rejected you the best thing you can do is move on and talk to other girls. Girls want a guy that is preselected by other women. There's no way to guarantee she will want you back because that's out of your control. So the best thing to do is talk to other women.

The other night I went out to the bar and I saw this nerdy looking guy. He wore glasses, was kinda pudgy, wore some random graphic tee, etc. I dismissed him fairly quick, but then I saw him approach a girl from the side and started running game and kino on her. After a minute of watching I stopped seeing him as a nerd and instead saw him as confident, cool even (I suspect he was a pua). Even for me, a man, his actions changed my view of him, even if I initially dismissed him. For women it's like that too. In fact, breaking those norms is interesting; why the hell is this nerdy guy so confident? Shouldn't he be hiding in a corner? Sure, a nerd wouldn't have chicks coming up to him, but with his game he was still able to pull chicks.

My advice for you would be to do both. Practice speaking louder on your own, work on giving yourself more confident speech habits. Do some calisthentics tonight. But in the very least: don't dismiss youself because you aren't perfect. Don't put off approaching and having a good time because you don't have the body you want yet. If that nerd could do it, then so can you.

Hair not groomed and shoes are dirty old. Clothing is not the best often wearing comfy sports stuff.

You can always change yourself. What you can't change is your confidence, which is why you need to hit the gym.
