Hmm, I've been going strong with mine for four years, on and off around relationships etc. How solid is the friendship part of your FWBs?

You might want to look into your sexual techniques, you may be a plain old bad lover. After 2 months the girl is just sick of you. If you can give a girl good sex and make her look forward to seeing you then she will hang around like a puppy dog forever. A lot of girls won't tell you that you suck in bed, its like going to a restaurant. A lot of people won't complain, they just won't ever go back there.

I tend to only keep mine going 3 months and then they always seem to want more. I've got one that's been on and off for 4 years, but it's slowly dying as well. Personally I've always liked keeping the rotation going.

As long as it's a mutual understanding that it's nothing more, it can last for awhile. In that time span however, all emotions have to be relatively nonexistent from you both. Much easier said than done. What this means is do not get engaged into anything that is not strictly sex. No outings, no dates, and no unnecessary communication regarding another man (ex's or potentials). It sounds harsh but it's the reality. I'm not saying don't be their friend because you have to be friends obviously but there's a thin line.

Not sure how old you are OP, but it's gets so much easier as you get older. I'm currently in like two FWB situations and we never even discussed it. Just happens.
