How many dates do you think you get from number closes?

Usually when this numbers question comes up, the person asking the question is trying to do some sort of scientific analysis for their game.

"I need to talk to 14 more girls in order to get one legit contact."

It's a brute force way of thinking about human connection, and ends up obscuring the issue.

That might not be the case here.

When I started, maybe 1 in 10? 1 in 20? Resulted in a date.

Now? usually every number ends up as a date. And I can close most girls on the first date. (Which is normal and not anything to brag about, because girls like sex like they like chocolate and French fries).

Back in the beginning, it was night game at dance clubs with college girls, jokey jokey, dancing, hot and sweaty, maybe a makeout and then the number. Fun, for sure. Probably the most fun but least time efficient.

The ratio got much better the more I understood the scene. When you stop being a random guy at the club, and turn into one of the guys that makes the scene pop. But this are no longer true cold approaches.

But the real key, for me at least, with the energetic set is to focus on the same night connection, not number collection. She is in love with me that night, and maybe that night only.

The next day? My call back humor text is not going to bring her back into that same headspace/emotional landscape.

Every guru has dealt with this lack of lasting emotional investment "problem". And the real solution has always been more time really working the girl. Not just time in her presence, but time leading her, getting cooperation, building trust, building arousal. If we were talking about the gym, the time spent in the building versus time under the bar. Time under the bar builds muscle, but time just being at the gym is generally wasted.

If the seduction/romantic process doesn't start almost immediately, then the girl puts the guy in the "no" box, or the "long term relationship evaluation" box.

Now, it's bar game not dance club game, girls are 25+, and talking to the girl past the small talk phase, and really trying to get to the meat of who she is. Just looking good is not enough anymore. Cute girl or dime piece, she is going to get annoying after a few weeks.

Very little of my game now is "material to cause attraction". I use material to evaluate. And most of the game ends up being nonverbal/not truly about content. Change of tone, eye contact, things not said, implications, not reacting, making her react, screening, boundaries, letting her put things together.

I already understand the bar scene, now I have a better handle on women, myself, and social expectations.
