unfortunately you can not approach with the mindset simply that "I am shy, you are shy, therefor we should skip everything and just hook up". However there are MOST DEFINITELY many girls who are shy and pretty helpless so so long as you try and are straight forward then she'll try and be straight forward and it will work out pretty simply and you'll relate easily.

I actually found just recently a great response to "are you shy? you seem shy" Is to grab her hand or put your hand on her waist etc and just ask "do you like shy guys?". Girls love shy guys.
