This is for guys who have "serious issues" or, let's put it this way, if you wrote or told a woman you first met what your issue(s) are, they would never be interested again.

In my case, I have multiple serious issues, most stem from being on the spectrum with the additional blessing of ADD. I'm in my upper 30s. I can't work in public. I cannot have a social group. I would not be able to "help" someone in any true capacity, given my understanding of the world around me is limited. That's what you call the "fallback position" of the classic loser, the guy who can't compete in life, but acts as an excellent backup for the needs of his partner. And yet--I can't even do that.

All of these things make a "typical relationship" impossible, since first of all I can't provide, and then I can't navigate the complexity of a relationship. As for flings, well--I cannot socialize in groups anyway. Partners for casual arrangements are based on "social cred" more than individual cred. I suppose 'great looks' is the other way--but I don't have that, I'm average and only 5'9" in height.

All that said, my disability is not a visual or physical one. I do still have "myself." I'm average looking and have some interesting personality traits which partly arise from the many difficulties I have.

However, the cold truth of the matter as we all know, it's not a guy who can be a "self" without projecting the skills required of a materialist culture. Erm, if I go further on this point, it begins to get into a bit of "gender debate" territory and there are other names for this kind of thinking. I see it as a fact, but anyway, I digress.

TL;DR The main point is, for other guys with ANY kind of serious issue or disability, how does it affect your game? For those who haven't accepted "dateless virgin" as permanent, what gives you hope?
