As much as talking to all your other options and being busy with your personal stuff takes. At least that's what you want her to "feel".

If you really have nothing else to do.. throw 3 dice, add up the sum and wait that many minutes "each time", but make sure to end the interaction first, with something like "Great talking to you but I gotta run, I m busy" etc. No idling, no dilly dollying, no begging her to stay, no looooooooong sentences, no lingering around. End it and be gone. Each time.
