One of my general rules is to treat the gym like my workplace. So, I just want to say be careful when approaching girls in the gym, especially if you (or they) regularly go there. If you both hit it, great. But if not, it'll be awkward because you'll be seeing each other regularly, and in most cases, she will try to avoid you (change her schedule, go in at a different time, or worse, move to a different gym).

I try to avoid hitting on girls in the gym, but instead, I would make friends with them because they usually have cute friends–and it's better/safer to hit on their friends (if you like them). Also, if you aren't hitting on her (while other guys are), it will intrigue her, which can work for you.

But if you still want to, u/TRTGymBro1 's tip works. Build a connection and show some hint that you like her but not too much that she's creeped out. Good luck!

I personally wouldnt approach at the gym because if you shoot and miss it can be very awkward. That said if you want my advice i agree with meeting girls at classes. I think thats the best way hands down, the ratios are always amazing. I would chat and banter during the class to the girls next to you and just be friendly, funny and outgoing and don’t be too direct.

Then I would suggest doing a workout together with someone who you click with. So u can get to know each other more bit but still in gym environment so its not a major jump,. To initiate that just say something about her lower body physique, and say that your tryna build some juicy thighs like hers and ask her to put you on her leg day routine. Set up the workout and the day and get her number.

You can let her know about a healthy spot you know that you guys can eat at afterwards. Whole thing should be chill and casual, and you wanna keep the transition from hanging out in gym to the outside world nice & smooth.

By this point you’ll have to gauge if is shes feeling the vibe or not. If not then thats no problem you havent done anything super direct so it wont be awkward if you see her again. However i would focus on becoming friends and even building a social circle with the others in the class, so it is still a win for you.

But if it went well, From there you’ve had a lot of time to bond and chat and you can start planting ideas of doing other activities together depending on what she likes doing. but i would say its important to get her in a bar environment sooner rather than later because thats when its gonna allow you to escalate the most.

Go to popular classes and become a regular. Classes tend to have many hot girls attending week after week. You can start by saying hi, introducing yourself, banter before and after class. Eventually, if some warm up to you, just start introducing the idea of US in conversations. Like “how was your weekend” her “I went to the beach”, you “Nice! I love the beach. Actually me and my friends like to recreate the beach volleyball scene from Top Gun, so you should come watch me next time.”

Etc etc. if she seems receptive just say, “Hey, I don’t want to misread the situation here, but I’d love to take you out for a drink and get to know you a little better outside of class”.
