Milfs are the easiest to speak to.. i still go for them! The best way to approach a milf is actually (believe it or not) to compliment her. Why? because a milf has had children, or they are much older.. their bodies have changed, they start to feel self-conscious and unappreciated by the men they know or by their husbands. Find the local dive bar that caters to the 35+ crowd. A lot of the time it will be in the more expensive part of town. I'm 25 and have had great success. As another user said, compliments are the way to go. Start with a compliment, and then start the playful banter. If she asks your age, ask her what how old she thinks you are. Typical response I've received is something along the lines of "oh my god you're so young" I typically respond with "yeah and so? I think you're gorgeous so I want to talk to you" that line works amazingly on multiple levels.

Something else I've had good success with is approaching an older woman who is by herself, and saying "hey could I get some advice on something? So I've always had this thing for older women, how do I go about talking to them?" I've had 3/3 success rate with that one so far.
