- Get into the habit of meditating a few times per week for a few minutes.
This will clear your mind of mental chatter and trains of thought that do not serve you and over time, gives you the clarity and sharp focus you need.
Use your breath as an anchor that keeps you rooted in the present moment, the only place where stuff can happen.
- The approach begins the moment you leave your doorstep.
Be open to the opportunities that may present themselves to you as soon as you leave your cave.
- Use your fears as an inner guidance system.
Because in reality, fears are kind of like a compass and their purpose is to protect you from harm. Irrational fears such as talking to and engaging with women make you aware of opportunities from which you can potentially grow. So rather than trying hard to not be afraid and thus become stifled, listen to your fears without judgement and then do what you want to do anyway.
This is basically a practice of letting go.
- Observe nature and your surroundings.
Look at a tree, a flower or at what other people are doing. This will put your mental focus on the here and now and away from mental kino.
- Reconnect with your body.
When was the last time you deeply connected with your body and observed or felt the sensations and the life going on within it?
- Keep in mind that most women are highly intuitive beings and very aware of subtleties.
Meaning when you feel awesome within, she will feel that too.
