Learn to think of failed sets as learning experiences and opportunity to improve, which makes it exciting. Try to detach the ego, as in, a rejection does not mean you're bad with women or anything is wrong with you.

Mostly just approach more. You will get better with time and competence breeds confidence.

When in doubt, just say hi. If she's interested, things will flow even if you don't know what to say. And if not, say hi to the next girl.

Practice, practice, practice. The thing that helped me get less timid is actually going to random girls at the bars and asking for their numbers. Did they give their number? Nope but it have me this rush of adrenaline and it made me more confident! Also talk to people you aren't attracted! You gotta practice!

Start small and work you're way up. Before you even begin conversing with women I recommend you start talking to random people you come across throughout your day. Tell a stranger to have a nice day and compliment someone else on what theyre wearing. Once youve gotten comfortable with that, start by simply saying hello to attractive women you come across. Then, start giving them compliments, telling them to have a nice day with no attachment and just go about your day, indifferent to their response. I think you'll notice that they will appreciate your sincerity (assuming it's a genuine compliment...don't come up with some BS, canned compliment and use it on every woman) and this alone will improve your self esteem and confidence.

Next, start being direct and do something like walk up to the girl and tell her that you find her very attractive and wanted to say hello...shake her hand and introduce yourself then tell her you hope she has a nice day and walk away. Getting a number isn't that important at this stage...just gradually get more and more comfortable with speaking to them and you'll get there.

You need to realize that you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain by approaching. Adopt the attitude that you're a catch and that the woman would be lucky to have you. Learn to breath, relax and realize the absurdity of your fear of approaching women before you approach.

I recommend you read the book "Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz as well as "The Strangest Secret" by Earl Nightengale and "As a man thinketh" by James Allen. I'm confident that they will help you tremendously in overcoming any confidence and self-esteem issues you have as well as setting and keeping your goals. You can do it, Man!

P.S Oh yeah...stop masturbating and watching porn ffs. That shit screws up the reward circuit in your brain and inhibits you tremendously. Don't say you'll stop PMO forever. Just make a conscious decision each day to not masturbate THAT DAY and quitting will become much less daunting of a task. The aforementioned books will help with this problem, too.
