Don't start with the back. Start with her hands. There are some great youtube vids on hand and arm massage. Back massages and rubs are kind of sexual, but hands will easily get your foot in the door and you can find all sorts of excuses for - she's carrying something heavy, she passes you something and you "feel tension" in her hand.

Bonus is here you start off face to face and can get great eye contact and conversation until she starts to relax. Once you've done her hands you can tell her to turn around and she'll probably just comply, you've established your roles of patient and "doctor". If she asks why, you just need to tell her that you need to finish - she carries a lot of the stress in her neck and shoulders.

Put your hand on the small of her back as you lead her through a doorway.

When changing locations, grab her hand and pull her along with you.

When telling a story put a hand on her arm or leg.

Ask her to dance and then pull her in close.

High fives for when you agree on something.

Any minor touching like this is going to make it easier to be physical by setting a pattern of behavior.

Things like putting your hand on her thigh, arm round her waist, putting her hands around your neck are all good moves (if you have the confidence to pull this off it works great). However if she sees you as close platonic friends than it is very difficult to change that. Best thing to do would be to ask her out, if she says yes great, if she says no then at least you know for sure it wasn't going to work out and you can try and move on. I know it can be tough but there are better girls out there, trust me!
