I believe it’s about pushing sexual tension, strong emotions or some unique connection. If you are having good time doing some regular activities, you stay just a good friend or well matched person. There needs to be something attractive there, for her to pursue extraordinary relation or extraordinary sex or extraordinary experiences. For woman it feels little awkward going for romantic date and going through just some regular stuff. Get creative and go little crazy, either with conversation, activities or physical escalation.

You got to build up sexually eventually. I think you get to the stage of comfortability and don't progress or escalate sexually. At some point you got to make a bold move and level up. Don't stay stuck in the comfort zone or you'll end up on the friend zone.
