Just wondering if anyone in this sub has successfully pulled off a side chick type relationship while being in a relationship with their main girl.

Brief background on my situation. I'm obscuring some details to protect people's identities, but the general gist of things are the same. I been with my girlfriend for almost 2.5 years. Shes great, etc. Sex life was amazing in the beginning. Fast forward to now. She's revealed to me that her birth control meds have been affecting her libido for quite some time. After a long talk, she's basically said that if it keeps the relationship going, then as long as certain (reasonable) rules are followed, I can fulfill my needs from other women.

I've been "out of the game" for quite some time now. When i was single, I had no problems having multiple girls on rotation. But this seems a little different. I'm wondering if any of you nerds have had any good experiences holding down a side chick while successfully having a respectful relationship with your main squeeze. Come to think of it even if you had bad experiences, it would be useful to hear about those as well.
