You shouldn’t ask guys ask how to flirt. You’re young. Have a social circle. Go out and meet people. If you really are attractive there will be a million simps ready to die for you.

The fact of the matter is, even attractive women have trouble getting good, decent guys. Why? Because usually women are afraid to make the first move and so they wait for the guys to make the first move. The issue is that some (not all) men who approach women first tend to be fuckboys or guys just in it for looks. That cute introverted nerdy guy you think is really smart/funny/attractive? He's not going to be as confident in approaching you. Not being approached by men, even if you're attractive, is normal. That's because men see you and think "she's probably taken" or "she probably wouldn't be interested in me anyway". I approach women often in bars/clubs/other scenarios and the amount of times I've been told by these girls that I have MASSIVE balls for actually going up to the girl and being direct with her about how I feel is massive. Why? Because most guys don't approach women, especially attractive women

If you see a guy you like and you want to date him or go out with him, just be straightforward with him. Tell him you think he's cute/hot and that you'd like to go out to eat with him/get a drink sometime. If a girl did this to me, I'd be SERIOUSLY turned on. Believe me when I say that if a girl approached a guy, the guy would feel awesome for the rest of the day because women rarely ever approach guys first.

Well you're 17 so there's a certain amount of liability there with regard to older guys. No one wants to end up labelled a predator. The older you get the more that issue will subside. The big issue though is that most guys are scared to approach women they find attractive. Like another poster said, the only guys who tend to be bold enough to make overt gestures are assertive, aggressive guys who may or may not only be interested in things for what they can get out of it. A lot of women don't understand this, they don't realize there's this legion of men out there that are basically invisible because the women only focus on the aggressive type dudes, it's one of the great problems of the modern era. Guys aren't trained how to be forward correctly and allow their self-consciousness to overwhelm them, and women won't approach because they think its the guy's job, so the only guys that get anything are the most aggressive, careless guys. The problem with a guy who doesn't care what you think and just is very forward, is that he doesn't care what you think. About you or anything else, so while that's exciting, especially to young girls, they quickly get into this game of oneupsmanship out of self-protection and things turn toxic. Most of the guys on a sub like this are the 80% who are invisible trying to figure out ways to overcome their self-consciousness to meet girls like you.
