Pacifying these desires with porn is only going to make things harder, speaking from experience. Most of the time when a guy can only view women as sex/physical etc. it’s because they don’t interact with them in any other capacity; the only “interaction with women” they have is watching them naked on a screen. I know it sounds stupid but it’s true: that shit rewires your brain.

It’s not going to be easy but it will be worth it my friend. Focus on increasing your social friction/surface area overall with women and more importantly focus on just having fun with them when you do start to meet them. You will make mistakes and have (seemingly) soul-crushing moments. But there is no other way to learn if you are late to the game.

The only thing worse than not playing right now, though, is giving up entirely. Good luck.

It’s not as difficult as you’d think considering from my experience girls are more horny and dying for sex than men are. Before you look towards sex and outside enjoyment work on yourself and inner fulfillment. It radiates outward and even with the presence you give off. Start lifting and lift heavy, read books, and always practice game. I went from a overweight nerd that didn’t have an ounce of muscle. I was depressed without the understanding of happiness or where it came from. First semester of college I couldn’t talk to the person sitting next to me in class (be it man or woman) the idea of getting laid was foreign and impossible, I couldn’t possibly fly to the moon! But now I’ve graduated college and I get laid when I’m in the mood. Multiple girls to text or I just go simply find one.

I worked on myself physically. That is a lot more attached to your mental health than you’d think. It’s deeper than simply looking healthier it teaches you, your able to commit to something and push past boundaries. You get comfortable being uncomfortable. From your new found confidence and self belief you don’t get hurt as much from rejection until you learn what works for you and how to spit game.

Best advice is learning that “fuck it really doesn’t matter what I say just my presence and how I say it”. Be dominate and a MAN. Good luck

EDIT: to answer your question it’s rinse and repeat until you learn proper escalation and what works/doesn’t work based off a girls values and characteristics.

The point is discipline and transmutation. If you become stronger and more confident in yourself through the ability to put aside short term pleasure, you will grow as a man. That growth will show in your body language and the cadence of your speech.

How long have you stopped for? You need to push past horniness. Learn to meditate and distract yourself with productive activities. I challenge you not to masturbate for 60 days. Watch the benefits roll in. All that time don’t think about how you’re not getting better with women, just think about your higher self. Read meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Develop your higher power and I guarantee you will like what you achieve in that time.

And if you don’t get laid by day 60, don’t worry. Focus on any and all improvements and roll those forward. Start going out to bars by yourself and don’t go home until you get a girls number. How badly do you really want this? When there’s a will, there’s a way.

I guess I'm screwed then. I've tried very hard to forget about sex and not focus on wanting to be with them but its impossible.
