I wanna learn how to get over approach anxiety when it comes to approaching attractive women. I think my problem is more related to fear of humiliation/embarrassment than fear of rejection. I've been saying "hi" to as many women as I can but want to do more than this. What are some other things I can say to women just walking by (including women who might be in the middle of conversations) just to desensitize myself to the fear of being embarrassed? I'm not talking disrespectful stuff, but just stuff that will desensitize me. Compliments? Asking for numbers? My biggest fear is making a fool of myself which is why I know I need to do just that, repeatedly lol
