So, I'm a 22 year old guy who's never even been on a date before, never hooked up, etc, you can say I'm extra virgin. Tbh, I have some understandable reasons, went to a boys only highschool, during college I transferred a lot, which made it difficult to form connections, also during college I was working full time while taking full-time classes, obviously at the cost of having no social life. And it looks like I forgot to mention that I am an introvert and being social is not my thing.

I didn't graduate yet, & next semester will be my second & last semester at my current uni. At the time I realized I want to have a relationship, I realized how late I'm to the game (I mean comon kids do it when they're 16 for crying out loud!)

If you see any of these as a valid excuses, then thank you! But truth is, my biggest setback wasn't anything I said, it was simply having the mentality of "looking for the right one, wanting to invest only in one person." Over the course of the last 6 years, "I finished hs when I was 16", I've only found one girl attractive enough, "physically & personality wise", to ask out & she stood me up.

Even now, after I'm convinced that my way will not work, I still find it hard to accept and follow the rules of dating. The whole idea of going out and dating a bunch of chicks till I find someone to be in a relationship with just doesn't appeal to me. I know my way is hard and nearly impossible to get a result with, but on some level I still don't want to do it.

Aside from me not wanting to do it, my chances with no experience and meh looks, are very low even if I try.

My questions are Am I actually at a disadvantage or am I just overthinking it? If so how do I make up for it? What would be something good to do before practicing in the real world "asking girls out? Where do introverts go to find other introverts to be in a relationship with?
